L'Etable

The groundfloor of this building was an old cattle-shed ! So the name of this gîte was found (Etable - cattle-shed), even if now nothing can let guess this former use. This apartment (45 m²) is on one floor, with just a little step to come in the building, and can lodge people who have some difficulties to walk. It is an accommodation for 2 persons (possible with a baby). Possible for 4 persons in case of renting in combination with the "Stub". The "Stub" is inside the same building, on the first floor. Equipment of the livingroom : table with 4 chairs, sofa  and easy-chair, dresser with the TV. A large French Window looks on the courtyard. The kitchen is open to the living-room. The equipment of the kitchen is the same in all gites (except Stub) : refrigerator-freezer (2 doors), electric furnace and 4 electric plates, hood, dishwasher, kitchen sink. Wall-cupboards with all ustensils, plates and dishes for 4 persons. Electric domestic appliances : microwaves, electric coffeemaker, electric kettle, otaster, mixer, pressure-cooker. Vacuum-cleaner, domestic iron and ironing board. Bedroom : a bed for 2 persons (140 * 190 cm), 2 bedsides with lamps, big clothes-press, chair. Windows on the courtyard  (all windows with curtains). The bathroom is equiped with a big shower (140 * 140 cm)a wash-hand bassin and toilets. Th entrance of the bathroom is in the bedroom (so it is better in case of a couple, with their children, and not for 2 couples for example). Like for all gîtes, the renting of l'Etable include free access to common parts of la Cour St Fulrad : library, washing machine, lawn with tables and chairs, parking.
