Le Porche

Le Porche was created in an old shop, changed into an apartment. The entrance of this gîte in just under the main porch ("porche"), between the street and the courtyard. This apartment (43 m²) is on one floor, without any steps, and can lodge people who have some difficulties to walk. The entrance is a few meters from the rue du Collège. It is an accommodation for 2 or 3 persons. In case of renting in combination with the "Stub", 4 people can easy eat together. The windows of the livingroom and the bedroom are equiped with outside shutters. The main door looks on a big corridor and serve all the rooms : bathroom, bedroom, WC and livingroom.  Equipment of the livingroom : table with 4 chairs, sofabed for one person (mattress in latex 12 cm, 80 * 200 cm) and easy-chair, dresser with the TV. The kitchen is open to the living-room. The equipment of the kitchen is the same in all gites (except Stub) : refrigerator-freezer (2 doors), electric furnace and 4 electric plates, hood, dishwasher, kitchen sink. Wall-cupboards with all ustensils, plates and dishes for 4 persons. Electric domestic appliances : microwaves, electric coffeemaker, electric kettle, otaster, mixer, pressure-cooker. Vacuum-cleaner, domestic iron and ironing board. Bedroom : a bed for 2 persons (140 * 190 cm), 2 bedsides with lamps, big clothes-press, chair. Window on the lawn, with curtains. The bathroom is equiped with a big shower (125 * 80 cm) and a wash-hand bassin. Toilets are separated. Like for all gîtes, the renting of le Porche include free access to common parts of la Cour St Fulrad : library, washing machine, lawn with tables and chairs, parking.
